Sideboard


So the original deck is my original Purple Haze which is built for casual play. The original deck has no creatures in it; it is simply counter and burn. I knew that was impossible to do in EDH cause I would need at least 1 creature as my general. So I did add creatures and all all of them seem to fit well with the deck. I was also able to add a lot of Izzet spells. The point of the deck in casual was to prevent creatures from becoming threats by either countering them or blasting them as soon as they hit the table. Unless you are playing one on one I would discourage that tactic for both decks. Burn players and creatures directly threatening you and try to not use your counters to protect your creatures. The point of not having creatures in the casual deck was to not expend resources protecting creatures and concentrate on the players. Keep that same mind set with this deck.
