READY! AIM! FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!.. A budget casually-competitive turn 3-5 win, by using the longest storm of cantrip spells possible, to channel damage through Electrostatic Field which does damage statically; and Thermo-Alchemist which taps for 1 damage and untapped as cantrips are cast.

Damage dealt this way gets around players with Shroud, and hits all opponents, making this a "hot" multi-player deck!

All spells fuel Runaway Steam-Kin, which perpetuates mana. Two of these on the board with cantrips in hand, make for nearly unlimited mana.

Burning Prophet's scry keeps the storm going, and offers some aggro with its pseudo-prowess ability.

Flame Jab's Retrace turns additional land into damage, and an additional Pinger proc and storm counter toward Grapeshot.

The sideboard offers a more aggro side of storm. Featuring classic beatsticks like Kiln Fiend and Monastery Swiftspear with the addition of Spellgorger Weird and the go-wide Young Pyromancer.

The deck is ≈ $100 (US), which is budget for a Modern deck. While not entirely competitive, it's easy to pilot; a huge load of fun; and a lot of win; and has proven to be shockingly consistent so far. Great for red players of any skill level and income.
