Perhaps taking wrexials out as well as the Polar Krakens, they are too risky, Try more scry, remember the deck revolves around one card getting out and staying out. More counters too,one naturalize and your deck falls apart. Good theme though, nice flavor, big blue creatures always make me happy. If you really want to mess up middle game try evacuation to return all of your opponents creatures back to their hands to be recast, while you get yours for free.

I would recommend Parallel Thoughts . Still can't find the temple? Parallel thoughts will find you one. need counters on your temple? You can leave that creature on top of you deck for 3 turns and just draw from parallel thoughts. Want some big baddies in play? just throw some under there.

Zungx, you're right about the need for more defense. I was trying to limit the cards in the deck to be only things that can help advance the strategy (hence the only countermagic being the scrying Condescend), but I'll see what I can do. Maybe Discombobulate could be a decent add.
sivad, Wrexial is there because he works well with Stormtide Leviathan, and will randomly give me access to effects that the deck couldn't spare its own slots on, but it's true that his use is rather limited (especially in having only 5 power). I'm satisfied with Polar Kraken because he only needs to attack a couple times, and I'm not using the land for much anyway. You're also right about needing more countermagic, and suggesting Evacuation is just brilliant.
asuraofcards, Parallel Thoughts is a great idea! I'll try it out as soon as I can get a couple copies.

Don't worry, I'm well aware of the fact that none of my mana sources produce black. I thought about adding 2x Dimir Aqueduct , but just haven't felt the need to actually do it.

4x Trench Gorger that way you can exile all your lands and almost guarantee you hit a creature.

Why only 2 Stormtide Leviathan ?I have a deck like this running 4 of them and there a consistent win.

The main reason is that I wanted to diversify my big guys to make things a little more interesting. If things play out too similarly from game to game I'll start to get bored and then I won't like the deck anymore.

Losing that Quest can spell the end of your game though, I would recommend some Turn Aside to help save it.
Ancestral Knowledge is also on the danger boat, the upkeep mixed with its general lack of protection can mess things up.
