Maybeboard

I decided to bring my most consistent, 70%+ win rate, historic brawl deck on MTG Arena to commander and spice it up with the stronger cards available.

To lay out the expectations, I've seen this deck ramp faster than mono green with it's mana rocks, control the most aggressive decks to the point they're scared to play creatures and win consistently by turn 6-7. You have a variety of win conditions available, so if your commander keeps getting removed, its not the end of the world. However, Queza will become the #1 threat on the board, extremely quick if left unchecked. So if you don't have a combo in hand, I highly recommend not playing her.

How To Keep Queza, Augur of Agonies Safe:

1) Teferi's Protection

2) Swiftfoot Boots

3) Mithril Coat

4) Curator's Ward

Infinite/Instant Win Combos With Queza:

1) Queza, Augur of Agonies+Lich's Mastery

2) Queza, Augur of Agonies+Drogskol Reaver

3) Queza, Augur of Agonies+Peer into the Abyss

Win Combos Without Queza:

1) Sheoldred, the Apocalypse or Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted+Peer into the Abyss

2) Triskaidekaphile+The One Ring

3) Sanguine Bond+Exquisite Blood

4) Marauding Blight-Priest+Exquisite Blood

5) Laboratory Maniac+Alhammarret's Archive+Peer into the Abyss

6) Laboratory Maniac+Vilis, Broker of Blood+Peer into the Abyss

Interesting Card Interactions:

1) Phial of Galadriel+Alhammarret's Archive Depending on the board state, you're looking at a minimum of 3 cards drawn on upkeep from an empty hand. Add in The One Ring and it gets crazier each turn.

2) Palantir of Orthanc+The Temporal Anchor With Anchor in play, it's actually advantageous for you to scry everything you get from Palantir to the bottom of your library. Those cards remain exiled and you essentially create a 2nd deck.

3) Queza, Augur of Agonies+Well of Lost Dreams If you're hitting dry, Well of Lost Dreams can act as a mana sink to give you 1 card for every 1 mana paid. If you add in Alhammarret's Archive, this now becomes 1 mana for 2 cards, potentially cascading to deadly turns in the late game.

4) Teferi, Temporal Pilgrim+Alhammarret's Archive+Commit / Memory or Time Reversal Gives you an instant ultimate on Teferi. And depending on how much card draw you have available to you, you might be able to ultimate Teferi two turns in a row.

5) Queza, Augur of Agonies+Castle Locthwain+Vilis, Broker of Blood The more cards in hand, the more powerful this interaction becomes. If you have 7 cards when you activate Castle, you draw a card, take 8 damage, draw 8 more cards, deal 8 damage and heal 8 life.

6) Queza, Augur of Agonies+Vilis, Broker of Blood Whenever an opponent attacks you with creatures or deals damage to you, so long as the damage is not immediately lethal, you'll draw cards equal to the amount of damage dealt, deal it back to a target opponent and heal that much health back.

Targeted Control Cards:

Otawara, Soaring City, Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire, Swords to Plowshares, Counterspell, Heliod's Intervention, Reprobation, Murderous Rider, Vraska's Contempt, Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, Teferi, Time Raveler, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, Commit / Memory, Winds of Abandon, Extraordinary Journey, Damn.

Field Control Cards:

Damn, Ondu Inversion  , The Meathook Massacre, Farewell, River's Rebuke.
