A quick deck I put together in a competition with Jared.

Lately I've been thinking about swapping out the partner commanders for Doran, the Siege Tower to ensure that my creatures are always dealing combat damage with toughness, however, that makes it more difficult for the damage to go through and for the lifegain aspect of the deck to be effective. Any advice on this would be appreciated!
