Talrand + white + actually killing people with the most OP card ever printed in Magic? Sign me up!

This is my take on the Noyan Dar deck that uses blue clone spells to generate mana ramp (in U/W!) and to make sure that I get replacements for the lands I'm sending in to kill people with. Did you know, if you make a copy of an animated permanent (with Karn, Sydri, Noyan Dar, Komal, etc) it'll make a token of the non-animated permanent? Great for what we plan on doing, as creatures are the most vulnerable permanent in Magic, dying to a plethora of kill spells, boardwipes, and other creatures, whereas the land is probably the most ridged in staying power, you get one for free every turn, there aren't many land wipes as of later sets, and targeted removal is usually saved for annoying lands, such as Maze of Ith, Dark Depths, Glacial Chasm, etc. So making copies of our animated lands to save the mana base seems like a pretty good idea.... or just run Avacyn I guess; but I'm a cheapass when it comes to silly decks, so yes I know Mutavault, Inkmoth Nexus, and Celestial Colonnade would be amazing in this deck, I would just rather not $13+ for each at the moment. The rest of the deck is general Talrand/Noyan Dar staples. Anyways, thanks for looking, and as always, I am open to any form of suggestions!
