The idea is based around Quicksilver Amulet completely, although it is not fully dependent on it.

The idea is to cast Perilous Myr, Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, Geth's Verdict, etc. to keep control of the board. Negate non-creature spells, and hold the board down til turn 4.

Play quicksilver amulet,

Turn 5pay 4, play Rune-Scarred Demon

Tutor up anything you want, (usually a Phantasmal Image if you have 6 land) and copy the Rune-Scarred Demon. Choose whatever card you need. I like playing a blightsteel collossus on turn 5 and as soon as they play a creature, doo blade it, then swing for lethal.
