This deck is based around the budget build that stefancaldararu built. There is one combo, Quillspike and Devoted Druid. Tap Devoted Druid for a green, then untap it and it gets a -1/-1 counter on it. Use the floating green land for the Quillspike ability, remove the -1/-1 counter from Devoted Druid, and Quillspike gets +3/+3. Then, you can repeat this infinite times because Devoted Druid is untaped again. There are three other types of cards in this deck: Cards that help you get a piece of the combo (Draw cards), cards that combo well with an infinite/infinite, Fling, Mercy Killing , and Colossal Might and cards that protect Quillspike and Devoted Druid.

From Stefan's base I added red, giving it better draw options in the form of Faithless Looting and Tormenting Voices. But it also adds more combo-enablers, Colossal Might and Fling. I took out some of the creatures that draw cards, but I might add some back. With red there is also some more removal in the form of Roast or other spells. The deck now costs a bit more (not under 25$) but it is still below 30$ making the deck a good budget option.
