I've come to really enjoy the restrictions that pDH places upon me. And as a cardboard-crack addict, I must brew. Well here we are again, it's always such a pleasure (Remember when you tried to kill me twice?).

For my third build I decided on Quintorius, Field Historian. I liked his story in Strixhaven and his ability seems really (ab)usable.

Boros is not something I am familiar with, definitely not in a Highlander format, so much like my first pDH deck, it'll be a learning experience.

This list is still very much a 1.0 build. I've done some goldfishing, but I'm not convinced the ratios of card selection/'self-exile'/ramp/removal etc. are quite right yet. That'll take some iterations.
