In my playgroup we tried to lower the powerlevel of our decks. So we set a restriction to build a deck, where every card was at max uncommon or atleast printed once as uncommon in it's historie.

This is my attempt to this restriction. Shirei's quite an uncommon experience. And although my friends took their decks apart, I quite like this one. One of the downside to the restriction is the ramp. While black isn't that good in ramping already, I don't have access to mana doublers and thing's like that.
