So it's another rack deck but with BLUE??? Well, I got the idea from this deck: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/give-the-rack-a-turn/ and decided to make it more budgety because I have like, literally no money. The two charms are mainly in there to try and combo with Isochron Scepter leaving me with a reliable discard spell every turn and potentially lock the game if my opponent has no cards in hand. Since I can't afford Ensnaring Bridge I decided that Vapor Snag would work wonders since they'll probably discard whatever they had anyways, and I also chose Victim of Night since I already have a few, it's easy to hit double black, and it kills the most played creatures in Modern. Since Liliana of the Veil is not an option (although I wish she could be) Liliana Vess will take her place, and honestly I think she fits better here. She can make my opponent discard while not hurting my hand and tutor for my Scepter combo if I feel like it. Any and all help would be appreciated, thanks.
