Card substitutions for lower power games: Torrential Gearhulk in for Grand Arbiter Augustin IV.

Each spell in the deck needs to be able to be cast at instant speed with Raff in play. Being a budget and theme deck, the deck was one of the weaker decks I had when initially constructed, but has shifted to a point where it often significantly warps/controls games with interaction and counterspells, and has a much easier time winning with some of the quality beaters available.
