Sovereigns of Lost Alara would be cool to fetch your enchantments, and Eldrazi Conscription will be really fun to fetch with it.

If your playing aura thief you might consider adding Enchanted Evening . I might also think about Return to Dust . Really good so far though, the curve is nice and low.

Disenchant , Naturalize and Cleansing Meditation can be switched out with Return to Dust , Relic Crush , or maybe a Nature's Claim . You might want to add the Shadowmoor/Eventide Liege Cycle in your colors (they would be Wilt-Leaf Liege , Murkfiend Liege , and Thistledown Liege ). Congregation at Dawn is a good tutor, fetching everything you need to win in the coming turns. Battle cry from Hero of Bladehold is a bit counterproductive when you're playing Exalted. You might want to add draw spells so that you don't run out of steam in the mid- to late-game. Since you have blue, you can take advantage of this. Prime Speaker Zegana will be a swingy beater that will draw you cards. Anyway I like the deck idea, Rafiq was my first general too. Enchantments are fun in Bant, however if your group becomes more competitive, equipment can replace most of the auras.
