I would suggest some fetch lands like Windswept Heath if money is no problem. Also Path to Exile Might do some justice in here. I would also up the lands to at least 23 if you going to run 5 cmc cards. looks like a cool deck though and really fun! Never really seen a Bant Midrange like this before and this is awesome.

I do like windswept hearth but there are times I need a 
for counterspells. As for Path to Exile? I like it but ramping up your opponent just to remove a creature isn't that a bit risky?

I'm almost positive there is a blue/green and a white/blue land similar to Windswept Heath. Just can't recall their names atm. Path to Exile can also be cast on your stuff if needed. If it will die anyway you might be able to get a land if you need it. I just love the 1 drop white removal. I can help them with land but the idea is that hopefully the creature they had was more useful rather than the land they get from removing it.

It's just a suggestion. Don't feel like you have to add it. If it doesn't help achieve your goal I wouldn't add it. like I said I just love it as 1 drop removal.

It looks like you have a fair bit of lifegain potential. You could add in an Alhammarret's Archive to make this harder to beat with damage alone.

While Alhammarret's Archive is a great card. I'm not convinced it would be a good fit for the synergy i have here. Although, i may incorporate it into another deck I have.

I think Noble Hierarch is a must in this deck. The exalted fits nicely and you REALLY need the extra mana. I'd also look at bumping up your land count to about 23. You're running multiple four drops and five drops and 21 just doesn't seem like it would be enough.
