I want to make a bant control deck. My goal is to make to make everything hard: untapping, keeping permanents, attacking. But not has hard for me. Rafiq gives me the right colors and can close out the game. I need help with what I should add, remove, keep or have in mind.

Cards I think are important:

The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale :

Slows down your opponents can combo with Mana Web , Hokori, Dust Drinker , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and Stasis . Can be a nice board wipe with Emrakul, the Promised End . You can protect yourself from it with your mana multiplication and lands.

Avacyn, Angel of Hope :

Protect the cards you want to keep on the field. Privileged Position can help doing the same. Nobody will want to board wipe when you have this in play, unless for you, of course. Which is why you have Supreme Verdict , Magus of the Disk and Nevinyrral's Disk . Good attacker and blocker too.

Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite :

Kill those threats with small bodies and boost your own guys. A nice increase in commander damage too. Good blocker aswell.

Hokori, Dust Drinker Static Orb :

Slows down everyone, exactly what this deck wants. Incredibly nice with Seedborn Muse . If you have Tezzeret the Seeker you can either fetch rocks or untap them. Your Nissas and Tamiyo, Field Researcher can help you get spells through too.

Mother of Runes :

Useful to protect a blocker, attacker of important card.

Seedborn Muse :

Perfect in this deck, you aren't slowed down and you always have mana to play answers during your opponents' turns.

Sublime Archangel :

Quite good to kill with your commander.

Thassa, God of the Sea :

You can get damage through easily aswell as the Nature's Will and Sword of Feast and Famine triggers. The scrying's nice and the body isn't bad.

Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger :

Also a great card in this deck. Mana multiplication, slowing down your opponents and a attacker/blocker.

Elspeth, Knight-Errant :

You get some blockers, boost your commander and give it flying and that emblem is great with Supreme Verdict , Magus of the Disk and Nevinyrral's Disk (You also get to keep the last two after wiping). A great planeswalker in this deck.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor :

Nothing particular about this one. The free Brainstorm is nice. Pretty good with Nissa, Steward of Elements . The bounce can be useful and that ultimate can take someone out of the game quite easily.

Finest Hour :

There isn't much to say other than that this card is a must with Rafiq of the Many

Mana Reflection :

Mana multiplication.

Mirari's Wake :

Mana multiplication and boosting.

Starfield of Nyx :

Get all of those enchantments that were destroyed early back and some extra damage.

Azor's Gateway  :

Pretty great if you can get it to work.

General's Kabuto and Lightning Greaves :

Equip this onto anything you don't want to lose.

Ward of Bones :

Gives you some control over the board. You can keep your board under-developped on purpose if you draw this early on.

Storm Herd

Simple win condition. They have flying too, even better.
