This is a super consistent ramp/token deck. If you don't keep a starting hand with at least two lands and a ramp spell YOU ARE WRONG. You want to get omnath out as early as possible to get as much value from your remaining ramp and lands that you play. Doing so makes your opponents have to play around getting Omnath off the field first before board wiping for fear of being bolted to death by suicidal elementals. The rest of the deck is supportive cards to keep Omnath alive. As well as generating other threats forcing opponents to deal with them one at a time or again, getting bolted to death by suicidal elementals if they board wipe.
