This deck is made to be fast and kills the board from turn 5-7 on average for me there are many combinations where you can kill fast and almost all the cards in the deck interact with Purphoros in some way. Generally you want to ramp out purph then play stuff that makes a lot of damage really quickly. Typically hard to respond to in a EDH game.NOTE: in no way shape or form is this a goblin tribal deck this is a Purphoros deck it dabbles in the sub theme of goblins but does not make the archetype a main function of the deck. Also the deck aims never to make purph a creature intentionally so it is harder to remove him.

Deck Tips

these are just a few quick little info on some info on the deck and what to look out for

Typically you want to either mull aggressively into Sol Ring , Mana Vault ,Mana Crypt, Ruby Medallion, Simian Spirit Guide, or 3 lands if worst comes to worst
Mulligan into these cards will allow for a turn 1-3 purph play. This is great because you want him out as fast as you can so you can start burning your opponents.

Norin the Wary: Norin is the one drop that can deal ridiculous amount of damage over time by triggering purph almost every turn and hard to remove he gets insane value for costing only one mana.

Grinning Ignus Has is an amazing card used in conjunction with purph because of its ability. It allows you pretty much deal 2 damage to each opponent for 1 red mana you control.Plus he has great synergy with Empty the Warrens Alternatively in rare situations you can use him to ramp as well.

Firecat Blitz is the most powerful X spell in this deck because you are able to play it and flash it back all in the same turn. Making this card devastating in mid to late game.

Chandra's Spitfire this card is amazing in 4 player games because for each Purphoros, God of the Forge etb it will aquire +9 attack so it is easy to kill a player early on with this card

Torpor Orb this card turns off the whole deck pretty much aside from combat damage, This card usally ruins your day while playing this deck. However if this card ever becomes an issue in your meta simply just run more artifact hate cards such as Viashino Heretic , Shattering Spree etc.

Comeuppance this can kill you if you over extend the purph damage out right, to get around use combat to your advantage force a bad comeuppance and then proceed to over extend.

Bouncing Purph: cards that bounce purph can slow you down quite a lot however usally this just warrants you to play cards like Red Elemental Blast and Pyroblast to atempt to stop it.

Cuts : Burnished Hart, Magus of the Wheel, Mountain

Reasoning: i find the addition of haweir garrison seems fantastic and battlements seems like a solid land that does Not come in tapped , and collective defiance has a wheel effect with versatility (card needs testing) , I cut Burnished hart because i feel like the effect is to slow for the deck atm , magus of the wheel i felt like did not do enough right away, and mountain well because i feel like battlements could be better.
