Decks like this definitely need good mana acceleration. Cram in as many copies of Seething Song , Desperate Ritual , Geosurge and Pyretic Ritual as you can get your hands on. That will make it explosive and fast. There's also a goblin that reduces the cost of dragon spells, but I don't remember what it's called. Look for that, it'll help a lot.

Looks like a cool new deck, +1!

I will definitely try and get my hands on some more Seething Song currently I only got two...but yea I can see the other cards helping as well...I would really have to see what I can make room for but I'll keep some of those mana ramps in my sideboard for now. Thanks!

Yeah, turns out those spells are all really expensive. Enough that I probably wouldn't be able to buy this, but they're kind of necessary to fuel a deck that's all dragons. Although, now that I'm looking again, most of your dragons are very cheap, so all those are probably not necessary. In a deck with bigger dragons, they're absolutely essential. The goal with those is to chain up several rituals and land a big dragon on turn two.

Yea they are pretty pricey, but they are in my sideboard so they're good when I need a bit more speed in the deck...One card I did want to add and to a surprise has finally lowered in price is Thundermaw Hellkite I been wanting to add at least two of those dudes in here maybe later though cause it is a really good dragon...gonna wait till it lowers a bit more since it's not in standard no more...

Awesome dragon deck! I don't see Predator Dragon as much in any other dragon decks but it is an awesome dragon card...I do agree Thundermaw Hellkite would be good in replace of Flameblast Dragon but they are still like $10...maybe wait till the next set comes out. +1 for an awesome dragon deck with great synergy...

Thanks It does have a bit of synergy, however it really relies on what you draw...Basically I have to have a big creature in hand or at least draw at least one by turn four to be a threat...overall it has done me justice. I definitely want to put a thundermaw we will see in time.

I love dragon decks, and saw your comments you made on Bioman82801's deck and decided to take a look here too. I ran a very similar dragon deck at one point that used Fling in similar fashion. Just like this deck it was in your face and loaded up the damage pretty quickly. If you can find room for it you may want to consider using Captive Flame which works really well with Fling after you just flew in for an attack and pumped up your dragon. With that enchantment in play you only need to get through once, if ever, to deal lethal damage. Nice deck and on a budget. +1 from me.

Seeing how we are on the topic of dragons, I put a little something together myself and attempted a new approach that I've never tried before. It's doing ok in play testing and has been winning games, but I feel like it could use a little something something; ya'know what I mean? Not sure what I can put in or swap out to really give it that killer edge. Would appreciate it if you could take a look for me. Thanks, and nice deck once again.

Cool man! Yea I love dragons too and most cases are always a pain to get in early game and even mid game if oyu don't necessarily have the right cards or enough mana. But they are badass! I actually had run Dragon Mantle in here before however Captive Flame seems real good especially since I can target creatures. If I were to take something out I'd say it can replace Crucible of Fire just because of the mana cost, but then again I get a good boost 3/3 to all dragons, other option would be Brimstone Volley , i'll have to test it out but I think that card can do this deck some justice! Thanks for the suggestion i'll definitely have to check your deck out!

I like this deck. Most of the dragon decks I see don't focus on anything other than getting out big dragons. This one has a lot of fun tools in it, and it works. +1

Yea I get what you mean! I tried to stay away from that overall I still got some big dragons just it's a different method in bringing them in or making them that big. Thanks alot much appreciated!

My only critique would be that if you're going to build a Dragons deck, it's almost wrong not to run Scourge of Valkas ... Fun deck though, a refreshing look at how dragons can do work!

You are right i'm definitely going to add em in here. The damage it can do is definitely worth having in here.

Have you considered adding any goblins? Like Goblin Guide or Legion Loyalist to give you something to do turn 1 and also to have a reason to include the Voracious Dragon of infamy! Just a thought. I do like this deck, though! +1

I saw in your updates you traded away a Crucible of Fire , man that is a must have in this deck, I have a similar dragon deck. That card just distrupts everything, I would value it over Captive Flame , since most of your dragons have Firebreathing anyway.Love the really tight budge though, $12.12? wow!

Captive Flame is not an aura, so you can use it on any creature while it is in the battlefield. You may not draw a card but you won't loose it if a creature dies.

Dragon Mantle is good because you aren't getting 2-for-1'd with it ever. Captive Flame costs much more mana as well.

Sandman1278 with prerelease coming out I think Crucible of Fire can comeback in here due to presale making them cheaper to acquire. So, with that it returns I may add 1 or 2 over Captive Flame and a Mark of Mutiny ...

Thanks OpenFire, however, I'd prefer putting back Crucible of Fire I do see the card's potential over captive flame but the only thing is that captive can be used on anyone, but with the amount of Firebreathing going I think it's not needed.
