How to win:

1. Find Dream Halls and Cavern Harpy with the help of tutors and niv.

2. Cast Dream Halls and then cast Niv-Mizzet Reborn for free if he's not already on the field.

3. Cast Cavern Harpy either for mana or for free if you have enough cards in hand. Keep at least 1 card in hand.

4. Cavern harpy ETBs. Bounce Niv-Mizzet Reborn back to hand.

5. Cast Niv-Mizzet Reborn for free using Dream Halls, go through ten cards from your deck.

6. Use Cavern Harpy's ability and pay 1 life to return cavern harpy to your hand.

7. Now repeat steps 3 through 6 until you find Saheeli Rai + Eladamri's Call/Lim-Dul's Vault or Eladamri's Call/Lim-Dul's Vault + Reborn Hope/Treasured Find.

8. If you found Saheeli Rai and Eladamri's Call/Lim-Dul's Vault, then use the tutor to find Felidar Guardian and then go infinite. (use Baleful Strix or Ice-Fang Coatl to draw a card if you used Lim-Dul's Vault)

If you found Eladamri's Call/Lim-Dul's Vault + Reborn Hope/Treasured Find, then tutor up kiki jikki and Felidar Guardian/Restoration Angel and go infinite, using Reborn Hope/Treasured Find. to return your tutor so that you can tutor twice.

9. Profit.
