I'd maybe replace Glorious Anthem with Coat of Arms so you can have it and Door of Destinies because they're both awesome. Oblivion Ring has always worked well for me but running a Saltblast or two in addition would not be a bad idea. I like the Empires cycle they're all good on their own and together they're ridiculous. However, if you're looking for consistent damage to an opponent I'd run Purphoros, God of the Forge over Honden of Infinite Rage . Also, since it really wouldn't be all that great on it's own maybe replace Honden of Cleansing Fire with one of the Soul Sisters (Soul Warden , Soul's Attendant , Suture Priest , or Auriok Champion . Overall I really like this deck +1 from me

I like the direction this deck is going, Its problem is speed. I'd lose some of the artifacts and put in more Suture Priests and other 1-drop wonders. Have you seen Fencing Ace ? He's a 2-drop human soldier with double-strike, perfect for this build.

Or you could put more land in. That's what happened on my playtests, I found it to be mana-hosed every time. With enough land drops, even the artifacts could play more often.

Just play-tested against my Elf Stampede Mana Ramp, if you're wondering about the speed comparison. But more Suture Priests definitely defends against weenie-summoners.

For another example of fast creature aggro, another deck I like is Rakdos seems fun. You have red here already, so efficient low-drops with unleash would get some up-front damage.

it looks to me like youre wanting to go for a bit of a mid range deck. as such, you need to retool this a little bit.

first, Champion of the Parish is not very good in this deck. sure, he can get bigger, but none of the tokens are humans, and so he can be replaced. you do not want to top deck him late in the game after youve already dropped some of your other creatures.

second, Perimeter Captain has to go. you shouldnt be looking to play defense in a boros shell. he could maybe be sideboard tech vs more aggressive decks, but there are better options.

Crusader of Odric should go. yes, she is good in token decks that generate a lot of creatures... but if you have that meany creatures out, it shouldnt matter if she is in play. you are probably going to win anyways; thus making her a "win-more" card. there is no room in 60 card decks for cards that simply help you win more.

the empire cards should go. the only one that really does much for you is the throne... and its effect is not work 4 cmc.

Coat of Arms and Door of Destinies should go. they are too slow. you can maybe get away with keeping one of them as a 2 of... but i would suggest just cutting them.

Safe Passage should go in favor of Brave the Elements .

cut at least 1 Assemble the Legion . you do not want to have that in your opening hand... or really in your hand at all until turn 4 or 5. otherwise it is just taking up room in your hand, that could be something useful that you could actually maybe play.

Martial Coup is too slow. if you need more creatures, use more creature or token generating cards. if you need a board wipe, use Day of Judgement?!?!?!! or Wrath of God .

cards you can add to replace all of that include: Lightning Bolt , Lightning Helix , more Raise the Alarm s, a single Conqueror's Pledge , Timely Reinforcements , Mentor of the Meek , Honor of the Pure , Militia's Pride , Path to Exile , and Condemn , and Odric, Master Tactician . if you want to turn it into more of an aggro deck, a few cards to consider are: Thalia, Guardian of Thraben , Precinct Captain , Dryad Militant , Boros Elite , Ranger of Eos , Jotun Grunt , Elite Vanguard ,

some draw power in the form of Tezzeret's Gambit and or Faithless Looting would also help a lot.
