First Deck I've ever posted on here. Looking for suggestions for the deck to move it up in competitive play along with any ideas for SB. Please comment!!!

This is the Rakdos deck that i have now. Id liked to edit it to be better for FNM but not sure how. I enter the tournaments in my town every weekend and fall short of 1st or 2nd most of the time. Any ideas or opinions, let me know __
