I put this together with some help from my brother, and it works very well most of the time. Rakdos comes out and makes a lot of mean dudes easy to cast, and they can often come out even if he doesn't. He tends to be quite mean at times and rips people in half. The intentions behind the deck was to make it out of win conditions, rather than focusing completely on Rakdos himself.

This is what I currently have assembled with the cards I have, I know there are a few obvious improvements such as a badlands and a strip mine (which tectonic edge is a placeholder for)

Lobber Crew gets the party started, allowing you to cast rakdos and start flooding the board. with a turn two Lightning Greaves, turn three Lobber Crew and turn four Rakdos, Lord of Riots, you can start dumping eldrazzi onto the field as early as turn four (assuming you are playing multiplayer.)

Diabolic Revelation can end up tutoring for a Heartless Hidetsugu and a Wound Reflection causing an instant win

Quicksilver Amulet lets you grab the big dudes at instant speed for cheap

Hamletback Goliath loves to step on people

this deck has been a lot of fun, and has drawn surprisingly little hate considering what is in it.
