Hi SaberTech thanks for the feedback !
I have thought about Jaya Ballard, Task Mage i see it too much build against Animar, Soul of Elements but since he crushes me all the time i'll give it a try !
I rarely play Rakdos turn 4 so quick options such as Cunning Sparkmage were abandonned some time ago even if i see the nice work with Basilisk Collar these fast beaters are just worthless alone or in late game (i used to play Tormented Soul or even Gut Shot )
About Sol Ring my friend allows me to play it since he trade it to me :) and abuses of Birthing Pod /Skullclamp card advantage effects in his deck ,i dont think i would add triskelion+ mikaeus thing though
Definitely Rakdos, Lord of Riots is hard to play , as said damages to get rakdos out and fatties needs to be balanced ,i've tryed differents builds since there playing rakdos rapidly as always been a problem he gets killed or exiled by many Clone /Duplicant effects my friend plays, so i stick with playing mana rocks, drawers or hold a Damnation like on first turns and play rakdos later when i can cast others creatures on the same turn (enter the battlefield effects are welcome here)
thanks for the input !

If you are having trouble with the Animar match up there are a few cards I know from experience that Animar does not like to see on the other side of the board.
A lone Animar on the field on turn three doesn't like it when Fleshbag Marauder comes down.
Triskelion after a board wipe tends to keep Animar in check.
And probably the number one thing that my Animar hates to see is my Jenara, Asura of War go first turn Birds of Paradise , second turn Jenara, third turn cast and equip Umezawa's Jitte then swing in the air. If Animar doesn't already have two counters on it then the Jitte plus an early evasive creature can dominate the game until the Jitte is destroyed.
One final trick for the late game is to cast Grab the Reins and pay its entwine cost when a 21+/21+ Animar goes for your throat. That is likely to turn the game around. It's also a way to deal with Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre if your friend's deck runs him.

And I obviously didn't read Curse of the Pierced Heart carefully enough when I mentioned it. My apologies for that one.

Fleshbag Marauder was there before but i never see animar alone turn 3 :) i would like to see your jenara deck please share me a link
i'll search for grab maybe i have it somewhere thanks for that one too
i also noticed that Jaya Ballard, Task Mage was legendary she is not going to like those Clone /Phyrexian Metamorph but i'll try it anyway

Animar decks have to kill Jaya, so they either use one of their clones to kill her right away or she gets to sit there and threaten to destroy Animar. I consider that a win-win situation for you since you either draw out a clone so that it can't be used on Rakdos or you get to keep a repeatable kill card for Animar .
My Jenara deck isn't legal under french rules but here it is Sky Queen of Bant. It's the deck that I like to test newer decks against to measure how competitive they are.

If you are having issues with running Rakdos, Lord of Riots as your general you could try changing the deck up a bit and run Lyzolda, the Blood Witch as your general. It wouldn't take many changes. You could add a Grave Pact to supplement the sac theme and then include some cheap, reusable sacable creatures like Reassembling Skeleton and Bloodghast to help rack up card advantage.
There is also Olivia Voldaren but you'll want to have Braid of Fire and Black Market if you are going to run her.
Just going by the deck lists I think that the reason you lose more often is because both your deck and Dr. Copypaste primarily rely on creatures as your win conditions, but he has far more of them. You have the board wipes to slow Animar own but those also destroy your creatures as well. The end result is that he can speed ahead of you, you wrath the board to protect yourself, then he is far more likely to draw more creatures than you are. You've developed your deck list to react to Animar but that means your deck has a harder time being proactive with its own game plan to put pressure on him.
More threats that you can bring back or get repeat uses out of would help you. Cards like Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni or Geth, Lord of the Vault would let you make use of all those creatures you destroy. If you are afraid of clone spells then force him to use them and get them out of the way. Insurrection would also be a late game win condition that punishes Animar for getting too far ahead on the board.

@ SaberTech So i'm considering to use Lyzolda, the Blood Witch as general i'll check some builds when i can , have got any specifics recommandantion towards cards i must conserve from this deck and cards i should add! Thanks for your help !

Well, Lyzolda, the Blood Witch
needs lots of creatures to sac to her or things that let you repeatedly sac them so you'll want creatures that come back from the graveyard, spells that let you bring back creatures from the graveyard, and token producers. I recommend Reassembling Skeleton
, Bloodghast
, and Nether Traitor
as cheap recurrable creatures.
Coffin Queen
lets you bring back your creatures or steal an opponent's dead creatures.
Ogre Slumlord , Grave Titan , Bloodline Keeper Flip , Bitterblossom , Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder , Goblin Assault , Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs , Krenko, Mob Boss and Mimic Vat are all possible repeatable token sources that can shore up your sac fodder count.
You will also want cards that benefit you when your creatures die. Butcher of Malakir , Reaper from the Abyss , Grave Pact , and Harvester of Souls are great for that.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed not only lets you get double uses out of your creatures but also makes them bigger the second time around. Combine him with creatures with persist like Puppeteer Clique and Murderous Redcap to get unlimited sacrifices (you just alternate between bringing the creature back with persist or undying). Add in a free sac outlet like Altar of Dementia or Phyrexian Altar and you can go infinite.
If you work in enough red creatures to sac to Lyzolda then it might benefit you to find ways of giving her deathtouch so that she just kills a creature every time she hits it for 2 damage. Basilisk Collar is great because it also lets you recover life. Onyx Mage and Quietus Spike are other possible options. More ways of recovering life would help you race Animar and keep you from killing yourself with cards like Phyrexian Arena , Underworld Connections , Bloodgift Demon , and Bitterblossom .
And of course you'll want to draw from your own experience and pick cards that you've found particularly helpful against Animar.
Going with Lyzolda as your general should make for some interesting games. It will be a race between you grinding out card advantage and Animar attempting to swarm you before you get too far ahead. You may want to try playing by focusing on keeping Animar off the board until the late game with direct damage and board wipe, then drop Lyzolda later to help restock your hand.
SaberTech says... #1
I think that Jaya Ballard, Task Mage would work well in this deck (and it would give you some tech vs. Animar).
Goblin Sharpshooter or Deathbringer Thoctar with either Basilisk Collar or Quietus Spike can wipe an opponent's board. Cunning Sparkmage and Vulshok Sorcerer are hasty backup options. And of course they ping the opponent to help get Rakdos out.
Rakdos actually makes Curse of the Pierced Heart seem like a possible option, even if it would just be a poor Bitterblossom .
Pestilence or Pyrohemia can sit around and keep tokens and small creatures in check, but they may be too slow for 1v1. Noxious Field and Plague Spitter are other ways to keep the damage coming.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion are an in-color infinite damage combo if you feel you need one.
And just to note, Sol Ring is banned under EDH french rules. Other than that, this looks like a fun deck. +1
What kind of considerations do you need to put into creature costs when building around Rakdos, Lord of Riots ? You need to have enough big creatures to make it worth playing Rakdos but you also need enough cheap damage enablers so that you can cast him. Do you have any insight in regards to balancing those issues?
