If you do happen to go more discard based, card:Rakdos's Return would be perfect for the deck. It is a tid bit pricey though.

I am leaning more towards the discard aspect. I'm gonna look into Rakdos's Return if it's not too expensive. Drop the hellkite, even though he's just neat. Kill they keyrune for another land and fix up the low cost creatures. Cut out the thrillkill, rustabout and little dragon since he's in just for fun with the big guy.
I think Crimson Muckwader is strickly the better 2drop for this deck. Make room for some tragic slip for some cheap removal. See what happens from there.

I would recommend a few more Rakdos, Lord of Riots only having 1 in a deck built around him is kind of pointless. A few 1-3 drops I would personally recommend, Daggerdrome Imp instead of Dragon Hatchling , being a small flyer he can help out with dealing that damage you need for a turn 4 rakdos, which to me should be the goal of a rakdos deck. Rakdos Shred-Freak is also pretty good since he'll be easy to play and he has haste. Rakdos Cackler I think would be a great addition, a one drop that is black or red, plus unleash for a potential 2/2 ready to attack by your next turn. Dead Reveler is also a pretty good 3 drop and Gore-House Chainwalker is a decent 2 drop. also, I would actually suggest more Rix Maadi Guildmage s, that card I found to be pretty good in a lot of cases. I would also recommend uses 24 land instead of 22, I found the deck to not have mana at a lot of times it needed it. Additionally, less Shrieking Affliction s and Stab Wound s, they are decent cards but Shrieking Affliction can be rather situational. Also, more Tragic Slip s, that card is fantastic especially in a deck with a lot of kill spells to go with it.
Currently, the deck is much more of a discard/damage over time kinda deck, than a rakdos deck. And I think the deck will run better if you choose to focus on one of those rather than both.
