Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank = Infinite Burn/Mill Combo Win Condition.

Dash Hopes to protect the combo and Browbeat for card draw and both to go for a bitter burn win.

Burst Lightning, Lightning Bolt, Volt Charge are all there to help put counters on BA or go for a straight burn.

Grim Lavamancer takes advantage of all the instant and sorcery cards for counters on BA or burn.

Augur of Skulls and Blackmail are both in there to help with hand disruption and card advantage. The both also trigger BA+MC.

Blightning is in there because it both disrupts their hand and burns them. And is just an overall badass card.

Speaking of burn, Guttersnipe just accelerates everything.
