This will beat the crap out of any esper (maybe not grixes) deck. Vexing devil is the powerhouse here. Drop 2 shocks for 1 on turn one. If the don't pay... Well let's not talk about that. This deck pushes turn 4-5 wins and is highly competitive.

FETCHING, first fetch is always for a basic on first turn. If it does not appear that they are playing any aggro decks go ahead and fetch a shock. (These are my notes after testing)
