this deck really only needs 2 basic swamps. After that it makes no difference if everything else is a mountain.

Cool idea. I love the synergy between Blood Moon and Koth of the Hammer.
Why Stormbreath Dragon? Isn't Thundermaw Hellkitex2 better than playing one of each? Stormbreath's monstrous ability becomes worse when you're making your opponent discard, and Thundermaw just has a nicer body.
Check out my modern deck if you have a chance :) Modern Thopter Aggro

So far Stormbreath Dragon has been the better card. I'm thinking of moving Thundermaw Hellkite to the side and replacing it with a 2nd Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker

I'm gonna have to suggest you try out Chandra, Flamecaller. Been running her as a 2 of in my UR moon list and really like the card in modern.

She might not be as good in this variant as you're not double dipping in your graveyard with snapcaster mage. But yea, i'd try her as a one of.

How's your deck doing with phyrexian arena? I want to use it but it seems slow for modern, Im using Nights Whisper right now.My deck is pretty similar to yours except I lean a little more creature heavy, no planeswalkers yet. Here's hoping lily is reprinted in Modern a Masters. All in all I gotta show love to other Rakdos players so you get an upvote... PS, Stormbreath dragon is the shit, if I was you I would add a second and maybe 2Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet. In my experience Stormbreath tends to be more universally useful than a Thundermaw, but the maw has some matchups where it shines brighter. Maybe have two in the sideboard and swap them out based on matchup?

Phyrexian Arena is slow but I don't think there is enough space in this deck for Dark Confidant. It's really needed though as this deck tends to draw out games quite a bit.
Where would you put Kalitas?

I have the same problem, Rakdos draw is not the greatest, what the answer is I have no idea haha. I was thinking for Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker you could do an even trade for Kalitas. You have plenty of kill spells to make him useful, for the same mana as Sarkhan you could play Kalitas, kill a creature, and then you have a 2/2 token as well. Plus, I've found that lifelink, even a little bit, is extremely helpful in drawn out matchups where we're taking a lot of our own life. With blood moon in your deck, I think Kalitas could get out of control, if they can't get the mana to kill him right away he can quickly end a game. Especially if you were to drop a dragon down the turn afterwards. Turn 3 Liliana->Turn 4 Kalitas+ removal-> Turn 5 Dragon and the game is over. As long as you have the ability to get those 2 swamps easily, Kalitas is a beast.

okay, I did a 1 for 1 swap. I'll add more if it fits. Going to test it soon as Untap is back up.

Kalitas has been pretty good in testing in this deck so far.

I feel you can swap a Graven Cairns out for a Swamp to ensure you can get turn 1 discard
