Is this for a competitive meta or a casual one?

Its pretty casual i dont actually own the deck yet but i would really like to soon. Im holding off until i feel ive perfected it so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated =)

since I also run a BR deck, some suggestions: your mana curve is not that good, too many 3 and 4 cmc, instead of read the bones there is sign in blood, instead of desecration demon (he is also insanely overpriced right now coz of the play in standard) I'd run abyssal persecutor - you don' have to if there are no token decks in your meta, underworld connections is pretty bad compared to phyrexian arena. Crypt incursion may be good in the mainboard if you really need the graveyard hate, otherwise I would just let it out and use some hand disruption. Duress or Inquisition of Kozilek are great for not much money. Imho you run too many dreadbores, try terminate or geth's verdict instead, instant is very important in a lot of situations. Replace magma jet with lightning bolt. You can also look at my BR deck - demonic control. It's pretty consistent and strong against a lot of decks. (mainly casual also)

better :-) you still didn't change some cards that I suggested, but no deck is perfect without being tested, you will see after some games what cards are good in your meta and what are not.

In modern, if you have red then it's an unspoken rule that you have 4 Lightning Bolt in your deck. Terminate is another solid piece of removal.

I love a good Rakdos deck, +1, of course :) As infinitemana said, try to include a playset of Lightning Bolt . It kills almost everything relevant in Modern for just 1 mana.

Take a look at my Rakdos Infection for some suggestions for the sideboard, on a Rakdos decks and depending on your meta, Rakdos Charm , Slaughter Games , Pyroclasm and Anger of the Gods are good options.

which instant do you suggest i drop to make room for lightning bolt and/or terminate? ive been debating between lightning bolt and magma jet but i really like the extra speed scrying offers. i guess terminate is a better pick than heroes downfall since dreadbore should cover the plainswalkers hopefully.i know the sideboard needs work tho that one is still residual from deck building...thanks so much for the suggestions!

I'd suggest Magma Jet for Lightning Bolt . Magma Jet It's cool, but not fast enough for Modern. And you're right, Terminate is a bette main board option than Hero's Downfall .

what do you think about Dash Hopes ? over probably Funeral Charm if i was gonna switch it out..

dash hopes is no good, add more hand disruption like inquisition of kozilek or despise. decks looks solid but is rather weak in a competitive meta, I tested a similar one.

what about Phyrexian Arena over Read the Bones

I feel like it nets more advantage in my deck
