Yep, the green splash is also great :) When I considered the splash, I also considered the green splash and it was a very hard decision... Considering all the pros and cons of both colours, it was mainly Lightning Bolt and some of the sideboard goodies made me choose red.

Regarding the lifelink thing, I've also considered Vampire Nighthawk . He dies to almost all their spells, but it would make them target him instead of me, and sometimes I just need one more turn :) Well, I'll wait and see if KTK brings a good lifelink card :)

I was doing some "research" and Chalice of the Void or Dragon's Claw might be good options against burn and possibly other threats.

Well, meta game is evolving. I do see a lot of burn decks. OTOH, GW tokens is not as played as it was a couple of month ago. Also, Affinity is a big threat and Ensoul Artifact made it even scarier.

So, I'll tweak my sideboard a little bit once again :) Will test with two Chalice of the Void and one Shattering Spree , replacing one Illness in the Ranks , one Rakdos Charm and one Ratchet Bomb .

I feel that Chalice (with one counter) completely stops Burn and is also good against other threats (Affinity - with 0 counters - and Boggles - with 1 counter, for instance). OTOH, Shattering Spree has a wider range than Rakdos Charm , despite Charm's versatility (and I also keep two Charms).

Little change on the tests: I'll use Dragon's Claw instead Chalice of the Void as Claw doesn't stop half of my deck and I feel that most of the times I just need to "buy" a couple of more turns.

How could I forget Spellskite ? It's better and more versatile (good against Twin, Bogles, Infect, etc - and can give extra blockers against Tribal decks).

Spellskite is great against burn, indeed :)

Mixing red to black can add some cool stuff, but I was wondering about how to increase the effectivenes of my deck and it should be green, so I can put a few more buffs and destroy things that black cannot! Take a look on Infect new generation and give ur feedback if possible!

With KTK released, I'm replacing one Dragonskull Summit by one Bloodstained Mire :)
