Why not a play-set of Lightning Bolt ??? instead of the Lightning Strike

yeah I've heard that from others as well; it's definitely more viable in Standard play

Kragma Warcaller is a wonderful card. Also, tribal decks usually have more creatures.

I currently run minotaurs in standard, and while I may not have the best advice for a modern deck, I'd consider some 1-drop creatures. Even if it is minotaur tribal, you can throw in some Swiftspears or Goblin Guides or Ruthless Rippers etc (I run 2 Ruthless Rippers in my standard deck). Gnarled Scarhide is a minotaur 1-drop, and while he can't block, he can be bumped by tribal things and start swinging turn 2. Definitely full set of Bolts over Lightning Strike and tbh even Shock (unless you want to go for a more burn heavy Rakdos deck). I'd definitely play Felhide Petrifier, he's a much better drop than Kragma Butcher or even Minotaur Skullcleaver. Deathbellow Raider is nice just because he's the only 2-drop minotaur. Absolutely try to run a Kragma Warcaller or 2. While Rakdos Lord of Riots is really cool, not sure about how well he'd actually work? I run 2 Mogis main board and they are very nice. Consider some Doom Blades maybe, but Terminate and Dreadbore are pretty good removal-wise. Even Bolts make things a lot easier. Maybe consider siding Rakdos's Return because even though it's a nice card and can be used as a finisher or something, it's hard to pull off well and Bolts will almost always do you better. If you have money and don't care about shocking yourself, I'd go for a couple Thoughtseizes. Beyond all that, definitely try to fit in more creatures for tribal. Fanatic of Mogis and Oracle of Bones can be good, but they are 4-drops so they might run a little slower in modern. Maybe sideboard some Stoke the Flames. Sorry that's a lot of text, but tribal minotaurs is a passion of mine lol. Feel free to ask me any questions or come bounce ideas off me.

I run a similar deck, and in modern against slower, control decks, maximizing draw rate on Ragemonger is vital, for three mana you can get a raider and a butcher or raider and cleaver, or raider and felhide petrifier, and having 3 or four minotaurs swinging for 2-4 each hitting the board, with deathtouch, you've become very intimidating. that mana reduction Ragemonger grants is vital.

Modern is way too competitive for my minotaurs to work but they're good standard cards.
