For added speed, I'd recommend -4 Rakdos Guildgate +4 Blood Crypt . Of course, if budget's the issue, that's fair enough but for more speed, use the shocklands, if not, scrylands. +1 for Rakdos though.

these suggestions are assuming you have all the cards, and i dont mean any harm by it lol.

personally i think your going for too many things at once in this deck. minotaur tribal, red devotion, red deck wins, and it looks like a control aspect too. your best bet would be to just run straight minotaurs. 4 Boros Reckoner s, 4 Rageblood Shaman s, id up Kragma Warcaller to 3. keep the legion loyalist. and just go for a minotaur control. u can throw in Whip of Erebos too so that you gain life off Fanatic of Mogis coming into play. as well as gaining life off of Boros Reckoner 's ability. id take out Burning-Tree Emissary for dreadbore. Anger of the Gods is probably the worst card for this deck since it will wipe out pretty much your entire field. and Hero's Downfall will help you deal with issues such as Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver .
