Falkenrath Aristocrats can sacrifice the Thatcher Revolt humans or the Shred Freaks for +1/+1.

Desecration Demon forces the player to either let him attack, or give him +1/+1 and feed the Blood Artists.

Rakdos, Lord of Riots , aside from being a 6/6 flyer with trample, helps keep up the tempo for the rest of the deck.

Rix Maadi Guildmages assist the constant stream of attackers, and are a decent mana dump later in the game.

Hellhole Flailers are great attackers and can sac for big damage while feeding the Blood Artists.

Rakdos's Return is a late game contingency card.

Sideboard:

Hellrider swaps in for Desecration Demon against token decks.

Rakdos Charm comes in against token decks, versatile card.

Slaughter Games against combo decks.

Many thanks to Nihilio for his deck Blood of the Damned which this is based on. Swapped a few things around so it is more RAKDOS themed and a bit easier on the wallet.
