This my Rakdos, Lord of Riots EDH deck. The deck revolves around a core strategy of using early damage from creatures and enchantments to cast a turn 3 or 4 Rakdos, Lord of Riots. This enables us to shift into our mid to late game plan of casting large impactful creatures to win the game through combat damage, the way Richard Garfield intended it.
A few notes about the deck...
I have shied away from including the eldrazi titans or smaller eldrazi due to the feel bad moments they often cause for the rest of the table; the deck also takes a very small power hit from their exclusion.
I also do not have 100 cards in my current list, and for any EDH nights I often just throw in 3 extra lands and 6 flavour of the week non-lands. I am hoping with suggestions I can have a full 100 card list I am confidant In.
I would also like to keep the average CMC as low as possible in the deck as my playgroup runs various land hate and is fairly fast. Creatures can be higher as they can be reduced through Rakdos' ability much non creature permanents are much harder to include at higher casting costs.

Individual Card Choices

Ramp package Show

- Mana Rocks: Sol Ring, Talisman of Indulgence, Rakdos Signet, Coalition Relic, Cryptolith Fragment  , Charcoal Diamond, Fire Diamond, Charcoal Diamond, and Rakdos Cluestone.
- Land Ramp: Burnished Hart and Solemn Simulacrum
- Burst Acceleration: Dark Ritual and Burnt Offering
- Special: Chandra, Torch of Defiance also provides situational ramp that can be useful, although she is primarily not a ramp focused card.

Card Draw Show

- Multi-draw Effects: Necropotence, Phyrexian Arena,Staff of Nin, and Sin Prodder
- Minor-draw Effects: Phyrexian Gargantua, Solemn Simulacrum, and Rakdos Cluestone
- Wheel Effects: Dragon Mage and Knollspine Dragon
- Special: Sensei's Divining Top provides card filtering but does not give you card draw, Chandra, Torch of Defiance gives traditional red exile draw that situationally is useful

Targeted Removal Show

- Damage Based: Cunning Sparkmage, Walking Ballista, Bogardan Hellkite, Kolaghan's Command, Honden of Infinite Rage, Staff of Nin, and Chandra, Torch of Defiance
- Creature Removal: Duplicant, Shriekmaw, Terminate, and Unlicensed Disintegration
- Artifact Removal: Ingot Chewer, Viashino Heretic, Kolaghan's Command, and Vandalblast
- Special: Chaos Warp one of the few rakdos colour pie cards that is capable of dealing with enchantments, or any other troublesome permanent.
