This is taking the Crimson Vow Deck and upgrading it some. I liked the idea of blood tokens but felt they were "eh" so I wanted to try an make a deck that gave me more ways to use them and more value if I pay one, discard a card to draw a card.

After playing some it works well especially if I can get Cryptolith Fragment out fast along with Strefan. A couple rounds of everyone takes one damage to generate 4 blood tokens, attack and suddenly vampires are everywhere!

Update 12/11 removed Pact of the Serpent and Florian, Voldaren Scion to add Bloodletter of Aclazotz and Exquisite Blood
