Started out as a Dimir mill deck then added a splash of red to have fun with Izzet and Rakdos bombs.

I know I need major help with lands to make this deck 100% effective but this is all I have for now! Other than that, I would appreciate all tips and help to make this deck better!

Alright so I played at a Monday Night Magic event and just got completely slaughtered by the Moar Mill build. I'm either bringing back a majority of my creature removal or I'm adding in a couple of Fog Banks or Wight of Precinct Sixs. With only 4 Jace's Phantasm and no control is it just impossible plain impossible to keep up if you don't happen to draw one the first 3 turns or waiting for a Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker/Consuming Aberration drop.

Here's what I'm doing so far:

Dropped: 2xMind Grind, 1xMercurial Chemister, 1xDevour Flesh, 1xCodex Shredder

Added: 1xMelek, Izzet Paragon, 2xDimir Charm, 2xDeath's Approach

So I'm going to try switching the Mind Grinds for Mind Sculpts. I traded for one more Melek to boot out the Mercurial Chemister and I'm waiting for one more to sub out Master of Cruelties. Once I do that I'll probably substitute out the enchantments for two more instant removals. I am also still looking for 2x Gilded Lotus but they are kind of hard to find.

Edit: Instead of dropping the Mind Grinds completely I am going to drop 1 Thought Scour and one Mind Grind to add two Pilfered Plans.
