A budget Storm deck centered on Ral, the Storm Conduit. I'm not great at articulating strategies but this deck is fairly similar so I'll try to break it down.

-The goal here is fairly obvious. Get Thousand-Year Storm out on the board with Ral, Storm Conduit, cast a ton of cheap spells, proc Ral's -2, and then cast Grapeshot and watch the table burn.

-Cards like Goblin Electromancer and Jace's Sanctum cheapen the cost of all your instants and sorceries, making it easier to storm off even without access to your cheapest spells.

-Talrand, Sky Summoner is here to provide you with fairly cheap chump blockers until you have your combo ready

-A backdoor wincon for the deck is the Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity combo. In most scenarios, these cards will mostly serve as extra burn and card draw, but if the storm combo becomes unfeasible then they can combine to form an incredible machine gun.

-Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Chandra's Spitfire also work well together, allowing you to get in a good deal of flying damage on your opponents to soften them up for the Grapeshot. Crackling Drake and Spellheart Chimera serve a similar function.

-Use the mini pings in the deck from cards like Guttersnipe and Electrostatic Field to weaken foes in preparation for the coup de grace. Every life point gone helps mitigate the harm a weak finisher combo could cause.

-Noggle Bndit is here because he's cute. Also because he's cheap and, in most circumstances, unblockable, but mostly as a cute mascot.
