In this deck Jace Beleren is Ral Zarek, from the upcoming set Dragon's Maze.

This deck is mostly meant for multilayer, but is useable 1v1.

Ideas:

-Take turns!

-Then take more turns.

-Then final Ral Zarek and take more!

Control your opponents by taping there permanents, with Ral Zarek and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage.

Using Thrummingbird, you can proliferate your way to finalling Ral Zarek or taking your turns with Lighthouse Chronologist faster.I may be putting Goblin Test Pilot from Dragon's Maze in the deck as well. But I'll have to wait and see how it works.
