Consistent Triggers

Helm of the Host, Riptide Replicator and Captain's Claws is a consistent way to get triggers

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar gives you one free trigger during your turn

Conjurer's Closet and Soulherder lets you blink your creatures at your end step for profit

Retreat to Emeria every land you play is worth an trigger, combine with Mina and Denn, Wildborn for two triggers per round

Triggers at will / when needed

Deadeye Navigator allows you to blink one creature consistently when needed

Yorion, Sky Nomad can blink all other creatures for you, combine with Deadeye Navigator to suprise your opponents. Also you can blink Yorion with the Conjurer's Closet or Soulherder and prevent opponents from destoying the creatures until the next end step. This lowers your defense, so be wary about it! Best is to wait with Deadeye Navigator and blink before the end step of the last opponent or when a board wipe is comming your way.

Join the Ranks can give you two triggers, at any time, when needed

Eerie Interlude protects your creatures during a board wipe or gives you a lot of triggers

Mirrorpool creates a copy of a creature you control, that has a sweet trigger on it

Kindred Summons lets get the rest of them...
