Ramirez Pauper EDH built around the Peregrine Drake combo. Some tutors, some control, some card draw if all else fails Ramirez can hopefully get in for commander damage. The main combo is Peregrine Drake being blinked alongside either Archaeomancer or Salvager of Secrets with either Ghostly Flicker or Displace. With the infinite mana from this combo of cards, Whispers of the Muse can draw the deck to find one of the two ways of winning: either draining out each opponent's life with Skymarch Bloodletter or milling each opponent with Sage's Row Denizen. Both require the arbitrarily large amount of mana to recast the blink spell with the recursive creature out. If anyone is immune to both of these, then there isn't much other option in terms of wincons in Pauper.
