The main idea of this deck is to get Ramos, Dragon Engine on the field. Then cast as many multi colored spells to get him as many counters as possible. Finally use his ability to create "Progenitus" mana and then cast even more spells from there. Win conditions like Emrakul, the Promised End, and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger.

Deadeye Navigator allows me to use Ramos' ability more than once per turn

Cards like Temur Ascendancy , Fervor, and Dragon Tempest allow me to attack immediately with either Ramos and get commander damage in and the use his counters on second main phase, or allows me to attack with the giant multi-colored creatures I cast off of Ramos.

Reyhan, Last of the Abzan, Death's Presence, Ghave,Guru Of Spores, Novijen,heart of progress, Vorel of the Hull Clade, and Hardened Scales are the core of the deck's counter producing cards. basically more ways to get counters on ramos.

I also added in Scourge of the Throne and Finest hour to give myself more combats as another win condition. basically being able to attack with a giant Ramos and kill someone in one turn with Commander damage.

Finally the last strategy I have is Arcane Adaptation to make all my creatures dragons at all times. That combined with Scion of the Ur-Dragon and The Ur-Dragon himself make it all the more exciting with all the Dragons.

And of course I have removal and counterspells to protect Ramos.
