I want to use Ramos as huge ramp to drop multiple planeswalkers on turn 5-6. That's the main goal.

Proliferate allows for the possibility of Ramos going off almost every turn if I get some proliferate options on the field.

I don't want to break the bank so the walkers are a combination of what I have and what's reasonably affordable.
