@Drilnoth thanks, that's exactly the type of advice I need! Zur's Weirding hasn't come up much in playtesting so I will take your word for it being unfun and replace it with Order of Succession , which is a new card I hadn't noticed and that looks awesome.
Capricious Efreet and Etherium-Horn Sorcerer both used to be in here; the former I decided wasn't that fun and the latter I'm gonna try to sneak back in. Could you maybe suggest one more card for me to take out?
As for Witch Hunt , I know about it and I like the exchange control thing, but losing 4 life just isn't chaotic enough or interesting enough to warrant a spot in my opinion.
Thanks!

I would say the "most cutable" cards for Etherium-Horn Sorcerer would be Elkin Lair (then you'll only have one world enchantment in the deck), Godhead of Awe (doesn't seem all that random, just weird and difficult to cast unless you cascade into it), or Decree of Annihilation (having a boardwipe is good; having a boardwipe that unfun is... well... unfun). Hope that helps!
As another note, since I just saw it in your maybeboard, Shahrazad is on the "normal" EDH banned list. If your playgroup if OK with it like they are with the Un cards, go for it, but I just thought I'd mention it.

Thanks for the tips! I kind of like Godhead of Awe because he causes more chaos than you'd think, and affects many creatures that are otherwise hard to interact with, such as Darksteel Colossus or Progenitus . Also, he's kind of a placeholder for Humility , which is a $15 card.
I kind of like Elkin Lair but I never even though of that world enchantment thing lol. I think I'll take out Decree of Annihilation because you're right that it's a little too over-the-top to the point of not being fun. Also I can probably never cast it at 10cmc, and I definitely don't want to do the 7cmc land destruction option.
As for Shahrazad , it sounds really fun to me too but I've been told that it's not as fun as it sounds and that it's really annoying and everybody just becomes grumpy. Add the fact that I'll either have to proxy it or pay $50 for a copy, and I just don't think I'll be trying it in the near future. Same goes for Chaos Orb .
That said, I'd love to pull off Shahrazad + Hive Mind + Eye of the Storm one day. It's an instant-win combo, because everyone forfeits.

I want to find room for Mystic Barrier . Any ideas what I should take out for it?

Fiery Gambit is the most powerful coin card, also the planeswalker Ral Zarek's ultimate is stitch in time x5. If you want something really chaotic, i would recommend Arjun, the Shifting Flame as your commander, it's more on theme for chaos.

You may want to use Narset, Enlightened Master as your commander. With white, you can remove anything that is trying to ruin your fun, and she lets you cast all your shenanigans for free a bit quicker. There is also no warning about what you'll cast and you don't need to have cards in hand

I used to run a similar deck under Maelstrom Wanderer access to green lets you maybe kinda ramp if you get lucky. then again its rather unsatisfying to hit Farseek instead of Scrambleverse off of possibility storm

Zur's Weirding is really anti-fun in my experience in EDH. People just have so much life that everbody's draws get controlled for stupid (possibly infinite) time. Apart from that, this reminds me of my wacky old Zedruu deck.
For more randomness, perhaps consider Capricious Efreet , Etherium-Horn Sorcerer , Order of Succession , and Witch Hunt ?
