This is my take on High power Rashmi Control

It's incredibly fun to play and can combo off as early as turn 3. It's very reactive so it helps make games interesting.

Infinite mana combos are as follows:

Priest of Titania / Wirewood Channeler / Karametra's Acolyte + a few other elves + Umbral Mantle Tapping one of these for 4 or more mana lets you untap for 3 and obtain infinite
Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Some dorks Just have enough dorks + mana rocks to make at least 3 mana then use the isochron scepter to untap to obtain infinite
Dorks + Seasons Past + Mystical Tutor + Dramatic Reversal + Fact or Fiction / Frantic Search Cast seasons past, get the tutor, dramatic reversal, and the cantrip back. Cast the tutor getting seasons past back to the top, then cast the cantrip to draw it. Cast Dramatic reversal to untap all of your mana dorks, and repeat to draw your whole deck. This is the most convoluted combo and should only really be done if you naturally draw all of the pieces.

Infinite mana outlets

Pull from Tomorrow is probably my favorite as it is tutorable with Spellseeker and Muddle the Mixture. But, Blue Sun's Zenith is fine too. You ultimately want to tutor for one of these outlets before or just when you get infinite mana. Don't go infinite without a way to pop off! It will only draw hate.
It's extremely easy to get infinite turns in UG

Seasons Past + Time Warp + Mystical Tutor

All you need to do is cast Time Warp then cast Seasons Past getting the time warp back. And then Mystical Tutor the Seasons Past to the top of the library. When you go to your next turn you draw the SP. Then you cast it, getting the Time warp, tutor and whatever else you want back to your hand. Then just keep taking turns.

This is great with Rashmi in play, as normally you would be stuck drawing SP every turn and you wouldn't actually get anywhere. But, with Rashmi, you put the next card in your hand each turn when you cast your SP. So you actually draw your whole deck and can win whatever way you want.

The Actual Win Condition

Once you have obtained infinite mana, and drawn your whole deck, you present the following loop.

  1. If the opponent has no creatures, start with a Beast Within on any permanent they control. If they have a creature, just skip to step 2
  2. Cast Reality Shift on their creature, causing them to manifest the top card of their library.
  3. Cast Seasons Past getting Beast Within , Reality Shift and Fact or Fiction
  4. Cast Fact or Fiction which should present you with the choice of Seasons Past in one pile, and no cards in the other, since your deck has already been drawn. You obviously, just always choose seasons past.
  5. Go back to step 2 and repeat until you have exiled all of your opponents libraries. Start with step 1 once they can no longer manifest so you hit their lands and other permanents too.
  6. pass turn and they die to drawing an empty library
Alternatively, if reality shift is exiled and rift sweeper is also exiled, You can use Blue Sun's Zenith , Frantic Search and Seasons Past

  1. Cast BSZ on an opponent for X=100 causing them to die to drawing an empty library
  2. Cast Seasons past ensuring you get Frantic Search at the very least, along with 2 other cards that dont particularly matter
  3. Cast Frantic search, drawing your BSZ and SP, discarding the 2 other cards you pulled with SP and go back to step one
