Simic is my absolute favorite color combo. It combined the power of Greens' unbelievable mana ramp and its massive creatures and Blues' powerful enchantments, draw cards, and countermagic. There is also nothing more satisfying than your opponent thinks they have totally thwarted your plans only for you to say not today, counter target spell.

The problem with counterspells is usually you hurt one of your opponents, but you also lost a card so the other two players mainly benefited, but not so with Rashmi, Eternities Crafter. She instantly makes all instants even more powerful and keeps the table wondering what on earth you are going to do.

The main point of this deck is to outvalue your opponents. It is a lot of "Good stuff" cards so it is okay if Rashmi is not on the field but look out if she is. I want to use cards to be able to play spells on other people's turns to maximize her value engine. Because of her ability I included a lot of instants and cards that give my spells flash like Leyline of Anticipation, Vedalken Orrery, Alchemist's Refuge, and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. I then want to make sure whatever spell is revealed after I cast my first spell will go onto the battlefield for free so I use cards like Future Sight, Sensei's Divining Top,Scroll Rack,Courser of Kruphix,and Magus of the Future to either see the top of my deck or manipulate it.

My most common win conditions are two either a three-card combo of Sensei's Divining Top, Helm of Awakening, and Laboratory Maniac or turning my token army enormous with either Craterhoof Behemoth or Overrun.

The rest of the deck is a bunch of ramp spells and just great cards that should be in almost any commander deck in blue and green.
