Rashmi is based around getting the most value out of your turns. The bases of the deck revolves around manipulating your library to know the top card at all times to ensure you get the most value from the commander. Even without knowing your top card Rashmi still creates a ton of value as you get the decision to cast it or draw it regardless. Notably Rashmi's ability applies to every turn and not just your own, so you can use the top card of your library at instant speed on other's turns.

I love playing this deck, but I will admit that the high cost of cards can make some starting hands rough to play.
