Edited my own inspired from http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/rashmi-eternal-value/ and upgraded to my liking.

Basically, the main win condition is to use Species Gorger and Cloudstone Curio to recycle eternal witness and creatures with similar effects to take infinite turns with Time Warp, or use Genesis Wave over and over and over; eventually amassing a huge board state and swinging for lethal.

The deck is not built around Rashmi so it can win without her, but she does provide insane acceleration and card draw. Nothing feels quite as good as Urban Evolution into Skyshroud Claim.
