This deck is my first attempt using the Azorius guild as a voltron build. I happened across Rasputin Dreamweaver while searching for potential commanders and saw a lot of potential for him as his first cast generates enough mana to suit him up and go to town. The combos in the deck are meant to be more of a secondary win condition (killing 3 people can be difficult and slow even with commander damage) but the deck finds them pretty fast. The goal is to ramp into Rasputin as early as possible and go nuts as you see fit, either with commander damage or comboing out.

Here are the combos: Eldrazi Displacer by itself allows Rasputin Dreamweaver to produce infinite colorless mana, this can be utilized by Stroke of Genius, Diviner's Wand, Blue Sun's Zenith, or Pull from Tomorrow for a Laboratory Maniac win. Walking Ballista is also a easy win condition.

Here is the voltron aspect: Using the numerous tutors available for artifacts in the deck it is capable of finding the equipment most needed for each individual game. There are tons of goodstuff to choose from but Nim Deathmantle is probable the first choice unless comboing out with Diviner's Wand. The swords and other various equipment fit a much more traditional voltron game when needed.

After putting the list together, I've tried to shy away from a storm build even though it seemed relatively easy to accomplish. The numerous options for proliferate were first to go and were replaced with cards like Armageddon which support a much more aggro build. I'm trying to balance the deck so the voltron aspect can coexist with the combos, I definitely want one or two people to die before I combo out if possible.
