Still untested, so I can't report on it's particular strengths and weaknesses yet.

Relatively strait forward, u/w control using a lot of silly wizards, rallying behind my favorite wizard of all, Rasputin Dreamweaver.

Huge mana ramp for blue, and good protection - Plus amazing flavor being one of the few Magic cards based on a real person (Look up Grigori Rasputin if you've never read about him before...interesting man)
