Good ol' Raspy. One of the first planeswalkers in my opinion. This is a super fun(sometime a little durdlely) deck. It works around ETB and blink effects.

You would enjoy playing this deck if

-You like to abuse ETB effects

-You like infinite combos

-You like to punish your opponent for using large powerful creatures

You won't enjoy playing this deck if

-You like to be aggressive

-You don't enjoy infinite combos(they are cool in my playgroup but not in everyone's)

How to play it

I like to get Rasputin Dreamweaver out when I have some artifact(s) to play in hand. That way, you can get him on the board and use his extra mana to drop something else like Spine of Ish Sah, Duplicant, Myr Battlesphere or Conjurer's Closet Then just blink him with one of the many blink effects and have a ton of extra mana to play with.

Win conditions/combos

Conjurer's Closet or Deadeye Navigator or Venser, the Sojourner + Time Warp + Archaeomancer = infinite turns! Not the easiest to pull off, but I have done it many times.

Rasputin Dreamweaver + Nim Deathmantle = no death for Rasputin Dreamweaver. This works as long as you have 4 free mana, which is easy since good ol' Raspy starts has 7 to start with. He dies, but you float 4 (from him or lands) and then just bring him back using the Nim Deathmantle ability. Raspy comes back with a full 7 counters and is stronger than ever!

Palinchron + Deadeye Navigator or Phantasmal Image = infinite mana! Pairs great if you wanna cast a huge Sphinx's Revelation to gain some life or just do some major stomping with Future Sight.

Sphinx of Uthuun + any blink effect = Fact or fiction as many times as you can! Just filter though till you find what you need.

Just a note, Rasputin Dreamweaver counts as a wizard so you are welcome to use Riptide Laboratory on him.

There are many more but that is the basic jist. Just abuse the hell out of ETB effects using blinks(the best are Conjurer's Closet, Deadeye Navigator, and Venser, the Sojourner.

This deck used to really rely on other people to have good stuff to win, (i.e. Bribery, Sower of Temptation, and Gilded Drake) so I threw in some more power hitters to give it the chance to win on it's own. These include Myr Battlesphere, and Eldrazi Conscription which are fairly easy to cast once Rasputin Dreamweaver is out. I've seen Eldrazi Conscription come out on turn 4!

This deck is one of my favorites and quite feared in my playgroup. I'm always doing improvements on it and I'm always open to suggestions.
