A mono black deck focusing around pack rat. I know that this deck needs ALOT of work. I don't like where it's at now at all. It plays very slow and doesn't win very often. I would love some help or suggestions! Also. I'm debating making this a casual deck. As I have other decks to play standard. So if there are some awesome rats that aren't standard but could build an amazing rat deck. That would also be awesome.
